How do I make an online consultation reservation?

Tap the "Make a Reservation Here" button at the top right to access the reservation form.

How do I start the consultation?

The consultation will be conducted via Zoom. On the day of the consultation, the Zoom URL will be sent to your preferred communication tool. Please enter the room at the appointed time.

I don't know which medication or treatment is right for me.

Our online consultation also provides medical advice. Please feel free to consult us about your symptoms.

Can you explain the consultation process?

  • 1. Please make a reservation
  • 2. On the day of the consultation, the Zoom URL will be sent to your preferred communication tool.
  • 3. Click the URL at the scheduled consultation time.
  • 4. You will be seen in turn as soon as the previous patient's consultation is finished.
  • 5. Please wait without any operation, and the consultation will begin.

I am consulting for the first time. Can I get a prescription?

Depending on the doctor's judgment, medication can be prescribed even for initial consultations. However, there are some medications that cannot be prescribed due to regulations by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Please check the Ministry's documentation or contact our official LINE account for more details.

Can I use my “My Number insurance card”?

Currently, the “My Number card” cannot be used as an insurance card. We require confirmation of your insurance card along with the “My Number card”. Information about registering your “My Number card” will be provided at the time of reservation.

What do I need for the consultation?

For identification, please present the "original" of your insurance card. If other items such as test results or a medication notebook are required, we will inform you before or during the consultation.

About Payment

How do I make a payment?

Payment is made through "Stripe" which is an online payment system. After the consultation, you will receive payment instructions. Please enter your credit card information to complete the payment.

My prescription hasn't been sent to the pharmacy.

In our online consultation, prescriptions are linked after we confirm the payment for the consultation. We will notify you after coordinating with your preferred pharmacy, so please pick up your medication within 4 days including the consultation day.

Are there any additional fees besides the consultation fee?

Our online consultation does not charge a system usage fee. However, there may be a shipping fee if medication is delivered from our clinic.
