Usage Guidelines

  • If the doctor determines that it is better for you to have a face-to-face visit, we will guide you to an in-person consultation.
  • You will need a smartphone, PC, or other communication devices capable of video calls.
  • Depending on the congestion, the time of the consultation may vary by about 10 minutes.
  • Please refrain from recording, filming, or photographing without the consent of both the doctor and patient. Even with consent, such data should not be used for purposes other than the consultation.
